The Style Points Customer Loyalty programme is open to all persons aged 18 or over.  Customers are automatically opted into the Style Points programme at the time of first purchase.

As a Style Points member, each time you spend £1 with us (excluding shipping costs), you will earn 1 Style Point.  Once you reach 500 Style Points we will convert these to a £5 reward for you to use on your next purchase, excluding gift cards.  Style Points will be added to your account 30 days after each purchase has shipped.

Style Points will continue to be added to your account automatically and can be redeemed at any time against future purchases up to 1 year.

Your rewards account balance can be viewed at any time on your accounts page and you can select to redeem your reward balanceat the point of payment as you proceed through checkout.

The amount of Style Points awarded may change and may vary depending on the products bought and the amount spent.

Style Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products.  Other products may be excluded from the Style Points Programme at the discretion of Houseology.  Houseology may also set a limit on the number of times Style Points can be awarded for promotional items.

Style Points cannot be transferred from one account ot another.

A refund implies the loss of the Style Points accumulated to each product refunded.

If products are returned for any reason, a full or partial removal of the associated Style Points will be applied to your Style Points Balance on your account in direct proportion to the refund requested.  A full or partial financial refund will also be calculated in proportion to the number of Style Points originally used and the refund balance adjusted accordingly.  This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent, qualifying Style Points value.

Where Style Points are used in purchase of discounted or promotional products with a minimum spend conditions and those products are returned for a refund, both Style Points and financial refunds will be calculated in direct proportion to the terms and conditions of the original promotional offer.  If in returning a products your order falls below the qualifying conditions of the offer under which they were originally purchased, the full discount previously awarded will be deducted from the item(s) returned in the form of gift vouchers or store credit.

Points will be removed or cancelled if Houseology discovers that points were collected fraudulently, in breach of these conditions or where they were awarded in error.  Houseology will refuse to reward Style Points if they consider the scheme is being used fraudulently or where the Customer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions.

In the case of an account being closed by Houseology, all Style Points will be removed.

Style Points may be subject to promotional activity where points will be doubled on selected items and lines.

As a Style Points member, you will automatically receive regular communication pertianing to the Style Points programme and other Houseology news, updates and offers.

Houseology reserves the right to terminate the Style Points programme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion any time, with or without notice.
